Jeffrey P. Mozena retires as President, continues as Chairman of the Board
Dubuque, Iowa – Premier Bank today announced its Board of Directors has selected Andrew Mozena as President, effective March 23, 2020. Jeffrey P. Mozena will retire as President and continues as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Premier Bank."Andy assumes leadership of our company at a time of strong, sustained growth and performance. The board, along with myself, have every confidence that he is a talented leader and will continue the vision in service to our community. Andy possesses the right mix of skills and experience to lead us forward, and has been an instrumental part of our company for the past 21 years,” said Jeffrey P. Mozena., retiring Premier Bank President.

About Andrew Mozena
Mozena is a graduate of the University of Iowa and Graduate School of Banking at University of Wisconsin, Madison. He has been with Premier Bank since its opening in October, 1998. During his time at Premier Bank he has worked in numerous capacities, most recently leading the Retail Department for the past 15 years. In this role he has provided leadership and strategic development for many areas of the bank. In addition, Mozena serves on several internal and community committees and boards.
