To ensure that we support the organizations that make a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors, Premier Bank contributes funds to numerous non-profit and community initiatives each year. In the last decade, Premier's financial contributions to community organizations have exceeded $2.5 million dollars.  

Providing sponsorship support brings fun, appeal, education, and culture to families and businesses throughout the Dubuque community.  We support various entities such as art exhibits, festivals, fraud prevention and identity theft seminars, local organizations that enlighten and teach our children, and so much more.

One of the most important ways the bank gives back is through volunteerism.  In fact, our employees donate thousands of hours every year! These volunteer efforts ensure that we are standing by our neighbors whenever, and however, they most need us—by serving as a mentor, collecting clothing for needy children, providing food at a shelter—the list goes on and on. Our staff is also encouraged to share their expertise with local organizations, and serve on the boards of many non-profit organizations in our community.
