In this role, Putman oversees the company’s technology and bank operations departments driving innovation and strategic improvements as Premier Bank continues to enhance its services to customers and the community.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services and technology sectors, Putman has played a pivotal role in the modernization of Premier Bank's IT infrastructure and bank operational systems. Over the past 15 years with Premier Bank, he has successfully led numerous initiatives to optimize business processes, improve cybersecurity measures, and implement cutting-edge solutions that support the company's long-term objectives.
